A Doer's Status Options

The following is a list of Doer's status options and actions (requires status tracking):

• Initiated: The form or report is automatically initiated when opened.

  

  

• In Progress: Work in progress within the step, status changes automatically when the FORM or REPORT is opened.

  

  

• Ready: This status must be set manually by the Doer when they consider it ready. The step will then automatically be locked for the Doer which means;

  • The forms on the step transform to "READ-ONLY" templates and no changes can be registered by the Doer.
  • To unlock a "Ready" step, those who are workflow superusers and Responsibles on the step "Unlock" it. The status will go from "Ready" to "In Progress", allowing changes to be made.
