Filters

Filters allow you to choose a desired number of results. For example, you can filter the top 10 results.

Enter a limit number to narrow down your results.

You can also use the Advanced filtering, both in field filters and aggregated field filters.

  1. Select Edit to insert a filter.

  2. Select the + icon to add a filter and choose Condition or Group:

  1. Then, click on the boxes for more choices to create your own filter, as shown below:

To delete a filter, select the x icon to the left of the condition or group.

Syntax for SQL Smart

You can also use SQL Smart in the Advanced Filtering dialog by selecting the comparison operator:
