The status of the workflow step displays in the top ribbon:

Status	Description
Initiated	Status from the beginning, before anyone works on the step.
In progress	Work is ongoing on the step.
Ready	Doer is finished with their job and hands over to the person responsible for the step
Not approved	If a Responsible sets status "Not approved", the step will be open for the Doer to register in the form again.
Approved	Forms on an "Approved" step will be "READ-ONLY" and no changes can be made by the Doer.
